For home handwork (as opposed to studio work) I created a cuff. The body and lining are made of silk scraps from a chasuble I made, the lace is vintage, and vintage shell buttons provide an adjustable closure. Thanks to Gunnell for the pieces of lace she shared with me.
I love the contrast between the delicate and the bold… The light and the dark. It all works. Are you going to wear this? How are you doing? Is the weather warming up? Any daffodils yet? Have a wonderful day, and thanks for sharing this. Patsye
Dear Katharine,
I’m very interested in the interfaith stole show on your website with the gold embroidery. I would like to get a price quote similar to the one attached but no tassel. The thread would be either silver or gold. I’d want the stole itself to be purple. My name is Rev. Richard Inderrieden and I can be reached at this email address or my phone is: 440-897-7165. I look forward to hearing from you and please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. I’d want just an average length by the way (6’ L x 4” W), nothing extremely long or customized to a special length.
Warm Regards,
Rev. Richard Inderrieden
Richard,
Thank you for your interest in my interfaith stoles. At this time I am not accepting new stole orders. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
